As the school year gets into full swing, freedom to read is top of mind. Join us at the Downtown Branch (710 Rosser Ave) for our Banned Book Tasting, a look into just what "freedom to read" really means. English teachers Allyson Wronowski and Shayne Macgranachan will be leading the discussion. To sign up for this event, email programs@wmrl.ca, call 204-727-6648 or stop in to the library. Open to all ages.
